ARE WE STILL OPEN?
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY BIKE?
We make your bikes to order. Currently, the production time is 1-8 weeks (depending on model, size and colour). This is the longest case scenario. It is possible that we will be able to finish your bike sooner.
Various factors such as supply chain issues, shipping delays and a spike in demand have caused this unprecedented production time. We are doing everything we can to reduce this production time without compromising the quality of workmanship and materials we are known for.
WILL THE PRODUCTION TIME GO DOWN?
Yes, we now have a larger team working in our Bristol workshop and the production time will start reducing.
However, it is important to note that the sooner you order your bike, the sooner you will receive it.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF MY BIKE?
We keep you updated with the stages of making your bike along the way. When your bike is nearing completion we get in touch to let you know and arrange worldwide delivery or collection.
