Cancellation of a non-bike purchase

If you place a non-bike order (parts and accessories), you are able to cancel if we haven’t processed and despatched the order.

Cancellation of a bike purchase

If you choose to cancel your bike purchase, you will be charged a small cancellation fee of £100. You only have up to 14 days to request a cancellation. Ordering a bike is a more complicated process, and requires several steps from Temple Cycles to process your order. These involve allocating the bike order to be processed on our system, preparing or assembling the bike to order, tuning and quality inspections, followed by careful packaging. The order then has to be booked in with specialist couriers for shipping. As you can understand, to interrupt and cancel this process before it is finished comes at a considerable cost for a small company like Temple Cycles. Therefore we hope you understand why we charge a bike order cancellation fee.

Please note that cancellations can only be made on non-custom bike orders. If you have ordered a custom product, we are unable to offer cancellation, refund or return on your item.
