Why is there build queue?
Good question! Because we build all the bikes to order at our workshop in the UK, the order book fills up and we have to plan the production schedule. We're all about producing bikes that last a lifetime (we offer a lifetime warranty too!) and this takes time.

WHERE ARE THE BIKES BUILT?
We build each bike to order at our workshop in the UK (Bristol to be precise). You can find out more by visiting us or from the 'Inside Temple' page in the navigation menu.
HOW WILL MY BIKE ARRIVE?
If you choose to have your bike shipped directly to you, it will arrive in our custom-made bike boxes. The bike itself will be 95% assembled. You'll just need to attach the pedals, adjust the handlebars and adjust the saddle height. Each bike ships with all the tools you need and a handy guide. If you need further assistance, our team is always on hand to help you out. Alternatively you can ask any local bike shop or handy friend to do it for you.
You can also choose to collect your bike from our workshop on Bristol or our shop in London, where we will have the bike ready for you to ride out the door (no assembly steps required).
