Looking to return or exchange an order?

We’ll help you get on the right foot. Just click on the button to below to start the process. You'll be asked for the email address you used when placing the order, then you can easily see you orders and request a return.


All of our bikes, parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund.

We offer a 30 day return period for all our bikes because the best way to know if the bike is right for you is to get out and ride it. Please note that it's easiest to return bikes directly to us at one of our stores. If this isn't possible, then we can arrange a collection from your address.

You can test ride your bike within this period, but please make sure to take good care of it. If you decide to return it, make sure it's clean and in it's original packaging and box.

Please note that if you choose to return a bike, it will be subject to a re-stocking fee which is outlined in the further information below.

We hope you fall in love with your new bike, but we understand that sometimes things might not work out.

If you need to return your bicycle, we ask that you kindly cover the shipping costs, or you might find it easier to return it directly to one of our stores yourself.

To help us maintain the quality of our bikes, we also charge a small re-stocking fee of $100. This fee covers our expert team’s labour in inspecting, assembling, assessing, and re-tuning each bike for its next adventure.

Feel free to take your bike out for a few rides to make sure it's the right fit for you. Also, we'd be grateful if you could clean the bike before returning it. If we receive bikes that need extra cleaning, a $60 cleaning fee will be charged to help us cover the costs.

While we expect the usual wear and tear from these test rides, please make sure the bike comes back without additional damage, otherwise we won't be able to issue a full refund.

Our aim is to ensure every Temple bike finds its perfect match and to make sure you are confident purchasing.

Once we have received your bike or accessory, we will inspect it first and then issue a refund within 10 days.
