WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
As soon as you order you new Temple bike, we'll ship it to you within the specified shipping time which is stated while you checkout. You can also choose to collect it directly from us.
HOW WILL MY BIKE ARRIVE?
You can collect your new bike, ready to ride, from us directly or choose to have it shipped to you. If you choose to have it shipped to you, our bikes arrive 95% assembled. You'll just need to attach the pedals, adjust the handlebars and adjust the saddle height. Each bike ships with all the tools you need and a handy guide.
WHERE ARE THE BIKES BUILT?
We build our bikes in the UK to ensure the best quality possible. We do this at our own workshop in Bristol. Each bike is painted in Wales using a specialist powder-coater and we use a variety of materials and components from a mixture of UK, EU and Taiwanese suppliers.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes of course. If the bike isn't quite right for you, please feel free to return it for a refund or exchange. Please note that the cost of shipping the bike back to us would be your responsibility and we charge a small re-stocking fee. Make sure you keep the box so that you can easily package the bike back up.
