1. Eligibility:

The Temple Electric Bike Competition (the "Competition") is open to individuals aged 18 and over and residents of the UK or Europe.

2. How to Enter:

To enter the Competition, participants must:
> Sign up to our newsletter through the form provided on the landing page.
> Follow us on either Instagram OR Facebook @templecycles.

3. Competition Period:

The Competition ends on Sunday 30th April 2024 at 11.59pm. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prize:

The winner will receive a Temple Electric Bike, valued at £3,395. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email to the email address provided upon entry within 5 days of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. Publicity:

By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name (and any image or footage they may take of their prize) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, marketing materials, and press releases. 

7. Data Privacy:

Participants' personal information provided during entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Changes to the Competition:

Temple Cycles reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be notified to participants as soon as possible.

9. General Conditions:

Temple Cycles reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is contrary to the spirit of the Competition. The decision of Temple Cycles regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.
